What is semantic search?
Semantic search matches the meaning of a query rather than exact keywords. It uses an AI language model to compare what the shopper asked for with your product names, descriptions, categories and attributes, so related products are found even when the wording differs.
Does it work with my WooCommerce theme?
Yes. The plugin attaches to the search inputs your theme already has (classic widgets, block themes and the WooCommerce product search). If our service is ever unreachable, your theme’s normal search keeps working.
How quickly do product changes show up?
Within seconds. The plugin sends changes when products are created, updated, go out of stock, are hidden or deleted. A one-click full sync is available for the initial import.
What happens if I go over my plan’s product limit?
You get an email and a notice in WordPress at 80% and when you go over. New products keep being indexed for a 10% grace margin; after that, new products wait until you upgrade. Existing products keep updating and search never stops.
What data do you store?
Only the product information needed for search: name, SKU, description, attributes, categories, price, stock status, image and product URL. We don’t receive customer or order data.
